Crafting a Strategic Narrative for IT
Our “Change by Design” approach combined traditional change management with cutting-edge marketing and visual design practices.
- Using empathy mapping, we developed persona profiles for each of the stakeholders IT needed to reach.
- We translated the IT strategy into a resonant, cohesive narrative that established a unified view of IT’s value proposition for these personas.

Building around this new identity and narrative, we developed a teaser video, infographics, and other marketing content to evoke emotion and curiosity. We then distributed these communications across different roles and organizational levels using a traditional change management plan.
